The Value
Renting an equivalent space would cost approximately $236,000 over 25 years. A founding licence locks your cost at $114,900, an estimated saving of more than $110,000, with future stages priced higher.**
What your licence includes
A licence owner gains not just a park, but a position in one of the country's most advanced automotive facilities. A 25 year term with right of first refusal on renewal if a further term is offered. Full transfer rights. Sub licensing through The Garage Club, so your spot can earn its keep when you're not using it. Complimentary Social Club membership, with clubroom access, the private meeting room, racing simulators, and invitations to club events.
A small number of private 4-car garages are also available under the same 25 year structure, fully enclosed with personal 24/7 access. Further information is available on enquiry.
Why fewer than 10?
We will only ever sell up to 50% of available spots as licences, a maximum of 70 across the facility. Founders Offer pricing is strictly limited: fewer than 10 spots remain, and these are only available until construction starts. Future stages will be priced higher.

Complimentary Social Club membership for an initial period, including clubroom access, the meeting room, racing simulators, and club events. Concierge services like grooming, delivery and maintenance coordination are available on a user pays basis.
